Hotel Indigo booking terms & conditions

When booking your stay at Hotel Indigo Glasgow we will require a credit card guarantee. Debit cards cannot be used as guarantee but can be used to settle accounts on departure from our hotel. We reserve the right to pre authorise credit cards. We accept payments made by cash (Sterling only), and most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Delta) for your convenience. 

Unfortunately Hotel Indigo is unable to accept personal or travellers cheques.

Some of our best deals may require full prepayment at time of booking, the card used for prepayment must be provided upon check in or an alternative method of payment will be required. We have made our booking policies, applicable to each available rate, clearly stated in our on line reservation system.
